12/10/05 food diary
Yesterday is a naughty day, though I hv gone to work out.
- breakfast: 1 1/2 slices of wholemeal plain toast (1/2 slice coz I left it on the table and forget to bring along when i left home
- at work: quite a few chocolates....coz a patient bought us Thronton's one...which is quite nice...and everyone just can't resist its temptation! I feel so guilty ......
- lunch: vege salad...with a little bit chilli sadin....
- after work out b4 dinner: start deteriorating...just can't help feeling hungry and ate 2 plain toasts
- dinner: in fact can stop eating but just feel like I should hv a "proper" dinner( not really proper but just always feel that I should eat "dinner" in dinner time) thus...cook vege noodles with half a lettuce and unneccessarily added TWO sausages....full..but still hv a feeling of want to eat more....
- while waiting for the washing: saw a bread cover ( 1st piece of bread in a loaf ) lonelily left behind...thus just ate it!
I GUESS MY WORKOUT COULDN'T REALLY WORK OUT!!
