15-17/10/05 food diaries
15th Oct. JUNK FOOD DAY
the most healthy meal in the day was my breakfast--cereal. starting fr. lunch it's completely out of control: hv had a v. super junk food meal in a bar...beer, fries, meat meat meat, grill, fish and chips...3 ppl ordered in total 4 plates, 4 LARGE plates, of super junk food.... v. enjoyable meal...i didn't start to feel guilty until we'd finished the 4 plates! had a walk in town, messed around department stores trying every clothes ( Fur! ), english-style hats and high heels on and back home eaten the left-over rice pudding and a piece of german cake with my housemate... waited until nite and had a JUNK FOOD welcoming dinner with my other housemate's parents- PIZZA HUT....so full, and it's good that, i could eat only one piece of pizza, grap a few bites of potato wedges and a cup of pepsi, happy that we were able to left quite a lot of food rather than eaten them all~
16th Oct. Day out
hadn't had a gd sleep and woke up quite late...felt a bit shame actuallly~ then started a day out with my housemate's parents....dined in an italian resturant in town and i ordered a prawn pasta, which was quite nice.....well..in fact really wanna order coffee and dessert coz the resturant got some really gd stuff which we had tried b4...but seems everyone didn't feel the same and thus .... or should say luckily, i was ( forced to ) kept under control! shopped round the town again and at nite his parents cooked for us...滷水雞& 腐乳炒雜菜with Japenese noodles...and what's more... since we hvn't eaten proper home-made chinese food for so long and thus everything "chinese" and "home-made" taste so gd to us... AND EVEN MORE, Mr. Yau is a chef and Mrs. Yau is also a gd cook...which meant that this meal is really really delicious (... to me...i hvn't really asked how'd my other housemate feel)
we had grapes and apple after dinner AND red wine with Macau peanuts ( 蝦子花生) b4 we went to bed........yea..i know i ate alot again...
17th Oct. Get back on track ...hopefully
today get back to work...morning eaten 2 piece of toast and a cup of instant cereal...and sinfully a few choc. at work again...and LUNCH with OILY PIZZA and ONION BREAD left fr. Saturday...to compensate for the wild days during weekend i've gone to work out for 2 hrs...back home deforsted ( being kept in the freezer to avoid it turns mouldy, suggested by Mrs. Yau ) a piece of bread and drank the left over soya milk in the fridge...and 2 of us reheated the chicken and cooked some brocrolli and lettuce with rice for dinner. i predicted that i m going to eat quite a lot during my housemate's parents' stay.....i just hope that my work out can really work out!!!!
