18-19/10/05 food diaries
18th Oct:
toasts for breakfast
cooked instant noodles with 2 sausages and a big bowl of vege. for lunch
back to work and eaten quite a few choc...they r real gd...金莎...有原味.cappachino and reduced fat... all 3 types are so gd!! cappachino ones hv real coffee inside...and reduced fat one is of dark chocolate.....v. v. gd!! sorry guys...i m totally out of date with regard to HK products....most probably this is not new in HK ....just bear with me guys!!
dinner the parents cooked for us again...steamed chinese sausages, fried egg with corned beef, fried vege. ...simple but gd enough...and i ate a bowl of rice...
19th Oct:
toasts for breakfast as usual...plus an instant cereal drink
wholemeal bread sandwich with tuna, cheese and lettuces for lunch
choc. at work...quite a few again...shame on me!!
well prepared dinner again! Soup today!!!!!! pork-shoulder corn carrot apple soup...hvn't drunk home-made chinese soup for a long long time already.....even the 湯渣 r also "v. welcome" by 3 of us...we hv chinken wings and fried 黃芽白.... and maybe today i hv gone to gym, i just hv a v. gd appetite...ate 2 bowls of rice...in fact i believe i still hv room to eat more...but just thought of Chu said last night that i should eat only 70% full ....so... >_< .... just controlled myself!!!!
btw, i briefly counted that i hv burnt abt 600 calories in my work out today....to compensate for my uncontrollable choc.- eating disorder this week...hope it works!!
