food diaries in the past week

too lazy...now can hardly remember what have i eaten early last week.... basically I am having either oat porridge or toasts for breakfast and veggie meals as main meals... AND loads of biscuits at work....

apart from that i have had dined out with my housemate in Nandos one night...which is a resturant specialized in grill chicken...and we ordered hot chicken wings with 2 sidelines of chips and corn...

in the weekend we went to portsmouth harbour and dined there...one day Burger King and the other day Oriental buffet...have had a cup of hot choc. while waiting for the train to come during the cold morning and bought a pack of malteser to accompany our journey on the train.....btw, i've spent so much money there...it's frustrating to see there's no money left in my acct....terribly wishing pay day will come earlier!!!

yesterday ( 21st Nov 2005 ) toasts for breakfast + skimmed milk, veggie lunch + apples and plum at work, toast + apple + plum for dinner... HIGHLIGHT OF THE DAY: NO BISCUITS OR CHOCS. ...unbelievable but...........yeah!!!

today (22nd Nov 2005) toasts + soya milk for breakfast ( ps. just realized on the package that though soya milk has low calories but it's quite high in fat... regret buying it!), creamy sprouts and carrots for lunch ( in which "creamy" is just milk ), 2 apples + mixed veggie dinner....and again defeated by the temptation...have had one choc. fairy cake at work which is of 143 calories...

time's running short now...less than 2 weeks to go....must work really really hard to achieve my goal...at least partially!! i guess i basically became a vegetarian now....

damn dark evening here which inhibits me to go to gym after work... too dangerous to walk alone on the street in the dark....planned to go in weekends but there's always sth happened that make me unable to go.........long time haven't work out now... worrying!!

5-14/11/05 food diaries

5th -13th Nov:
haven't done this food diary for quite a few days now... hardly can remember what i have eaten these days...probably either toasts+drinks or oat porridge for breakfasts... weekdays veggie meals for lunches...dinner also veggie meals...and kept being tempted by those choc. "badies"( shouldn't call them "goodies" ) at work....weekend probably ate a bit more...and make some desserts as well....

OOO... i remember one night i was upset by sth and i have eating disorder again and eat lots of crisps, egg rolls (肉鬆鳳凰卷), Kinder 繽紛樂 and Hello Panda....

doesn't sound like my eating is a diet plan!

wanna post some photos..but by somehow it couldn't upload successfully....i'll try again later!


14th Nov:

  • breakfast: 2 toasts + drink
  • lunch: chinese cabbage + mushroom + carrots dish...this has been eaten throughout the weekend...didn't add any extra soy sauce or oyster sauce but surprised that it doesn't taste too dull...
  • at work: ooo..lots of choc. biscuits from M&S...they are so yummy...can't help...really wanna try to contol but this is too hard.........
  • dinner: not really a proper dinner...just after work went to Tesco to buy sth to cook for tonite...then bought some bread to eat on the road home...but then still keep on eating more while i got home...feel that myself have eaten too much bread thus haven't cooked dinner in the end but eaten an apple

i dunno y i love bread so much....i guess it's because i like eating things that r chewy..i mean hv sth soft to chew ....e.g. for sweets, i prefer chewy soft candies rather than those hard ones...

31/10 - 4/11/05 food diaries

31st Oct:

  • breakfast: can't remember...probably toast and drinks
  • lunch: sprouts
  • a few biscuits at work
  • dinner: sprouts... yes again...but hvnt fed up coz i really like them...and coz i've cooked them all at one time on the 30th...aimed to finished them in separate meals

1st Nov:

  • breakfast: oatmeal porridge
  • lunch: "fung mei" fish + chop suey ( 四鮮烤麩 as seen on can!)+ rice
  • break at work: apple + plum
  • dinner: celeries with mushrooms and carrots cooked this morning...no oil again

2nd Nov:

  • woke up an hr earlier than supposed to be...done abt 20 mins rope jumping ...cooked oatmeal porridge for breakfast...then get changed to work...
  • lunch: same as dinner last nite
  • dinner:mixed pepper with carrots

3rd Nov:

  • breakfast: toasts + drinks
  • lunch: mixed veggie rice with steamed meat-cake + tomatoes...rice taste refreshing with the smell of tomatoes
  • at work: four choc.
  • dinner: same as lunch in a smaller portion

4th Nov:

  • breakfast: toasts + drinks
  • lunch: same as the day b4
  • at work: eaten lots of sweeties coz it's my colleague's birthday and she made lots of cakes and brought lots of sweets to work... and i can't resist the temptation agian...really have eaten alot.....
  • back home after work: still eating alot...including bread and snacks....just felt like eating the whole night! didn't have a proper dinner
